📦 Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Sunglasses must be returned with all accessories (case, cloth, packaging)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Worn or used items
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
🔄 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for any issues.
💰 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees (R100) are non-refundable
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will replace the item at no extra cost
